What this is

Get Diet Plan is a personalized nutrition planning tool that creates tailored meal plans based on individual goals, preferences, and constraints. It takes the guesswork out of nutrition by providing structured, actionable guidance.

The focus is on practical, sustainable eating — not fad diets or extreme restrictions, but balanced plans that people can actually follow.

Why it exists

Nutrition is simultaneously simple and overwhelming. The basic principles are well-understood, but applying them to your specific situation — your goals, your food preferences, your schedule, your budget — requires effort most people do not have time for.

I wanted to build something that bridges that gap: a tool that does the planning work so people can focus on execution.

What problem it is trying to solve

Most people fail at nutrition not because they lack knowledge but because they lack plans. Knowing that you should eat more protein is different from knowing exactly what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that hits your protein target while staying within your calorie budget.

Get Diet Plan solves the planning problem. It generates specific, concrete meal plans that account for macros, preferences, and variety — removing the daily decision fatigue that derails good intentions.

Current state

The core meal planning engine is functional. Users can input their goals and preferences and receive customized plans. I am refining the recipe database and improving the algorithm’s ability to generate varied, appealing meals.

The tool is designed to complement ExtremeFitness, providing the nutrition side of the equation while ExtremeFitness handles training.

How I think about its future

The goal is to make healthy eating as frictionless as possible. Not through willpower or motivation, but through good systems that make the right choice the easy choice.

I am not interested in gamification or social features. The measure of success is whether users can look at their plan, follow it without stress, and see results over time. Simple, useful, quiet.
